Wendy has 25 years of experience creating and delivering award winning advocacy, marketing, communications, and outreach programs for public agencies and private companies throughout Southern California including the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Association, Southern California Association of Governments, Orange County Council of Governments, Association of California Cities – Orange County, San Bernardino County Transportation Authority, and Orange County Transportation Authority.

As Director of Communications, Wendy oversees all internal and external communications efforts for Quality Management Group including branding, marketing, stakeholder communications, media, and employee engagement. She is certified in Crisis Communications and has received Advanced Public Information Officer/Joint Information Center/Joint Information Systems certifications from the California Office of Emergency Services and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Wendy has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside and an M.P.A. from the University of Southern California. She has also served as a Governor’s appointee to the State Board of Behavioral Sciences since 2020 and is currently serving as Vice Chair of the Board.
