By opting into SMS communications from QMG, you may receive recurring messages, and message frequency variesbased on communication needs. Types of messages you may receive include but are not limited to:

  • Service Updates – Information about maintenance, system outages, or service changes.
  • Billing and Payment Reminders – Notifications regarding upcoming or past-due payments.
  • Appointment & Scheduling Reminders – Confirmations, reminders, or changes related to appointments or property management services.
  • Promotional Messages – Occasional marketing messages about new services, special promotions, or relevant offers.

    Yourmobile carrier may charge feesfor sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. QMG is not responsible for these charges.

    5. How to Opt-Out

    You can unsubscribe from receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message.
  • Sending an email to support@qualitymgt.com with “Opt-Out” in the subject line.
  • Calling (909) 931-9763 to request removal.

After unsubscribing, you will receive a final confirmation message stating that you have successfully opted out, and you will no longer receive further messages from us.
