From single family homes to large sized apartment communities to large scale new lease ups, expert property management services offered by Quality Management Group ensure owner investments are protected and provide significant returns on investment. Our services include timely communications with owners and residents, rent evaluations and annual capital forecasts, compliance with all regulatory requirements, on-site personnel consistent with community needs, tenant screening and selection, rent collection services, property inspections, and proactive maintenance. 

In addition to the property management services in conventional housing communities, Quality Management Group offers a particular expertise in the regulatory requirements associated with income restricted, rent restricted, and rural development affordable communities. We can help navigate the development process including multi-layered financing models, entitlements, lease-ups, and new construction. Our expert staff ensures ongoing compliance in properties we manage through programs like the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee 4% and 9%, Project Based Section 8 Vouchers, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Community Development Block Grant, HOME, and other funding sources. We are proud to have received outstanding inspection and audit review from local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.

Independently and in collaboration with partners, LaBarge Industries has specialized in revitalizing and completing economically abandoned projects that bring quality affordable housing to underrepresented communities. This has included senior communities, homeless veteran housing, and resurrecting neglected properties.
  • Having managed transitional and permanent supportive housing communities since 2016, Quality has extensive experience serving this unique population.  We work alongside service providers to create an environment where residents can thrive through access to case management, job assistance, individual and group therapeutic support, rental assistance, sobriety support, and peer support. Quality has also worked with project partners to secure funding and ensure compliance with the requirements of programs like No Place Like Home (NPLH), Project Homekey, Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), HOME, CDBG, Transitional Housing Program funds, and Emergency Solutions grants.
