Our expert staff ensures ongoing compliance in properties we manage through programs like the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee 4% and 9%, Project Based Section 8 Vouchers, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Community Development Block Grant, HOME, and other funding sources. We are proud to have received outstanding inspection and audit review from local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
Quality works alongside service providers and property owners to provide an environment where the unique needs of residents can be met in a home setting. These communities include wrap-around services to help residents achieve self-sufficiency through access to case management services, job assistance, therapeutic support groups, rental assistance, sobriety support, individual and group counseling, and peer support. As part of these projects, Quality has worked with project partners to secure funding through Project HomeKey and served as part of project teams throughout the construction phase.
