How do I qualify?

We use VendorShield to pre-qualify our vendors and VendorCafe to submit invoices.  These services require an invitation from us to sign up and there are enrollment and annual renewal fees associated with these services.  Please email or call 909-931-9763 to learn more.

What documentation do you require to sign up?

Vendor Shield will require the following documents so please be prepared to submit these items when you contact us:

  • W-9 Form completed, signed and dated 
  • Company email address 
  • Business license (Note – some jobs require a license in the city where work is being performed) 
  • Insurance (For more information on insurance requirements, please click here.)
    • Workers Compensation Insurance or Exemption 
    • General Liability Insurance or Professional Liability (E & O) Insurance 
    • Commercial Auto Insurance
