As Human Resource Director, Linda Fregoso is responsible for Quality’s employee relations, recruitment and selection, training, and development along with coaching and team facilitation. She is skilled in developing strategic HR initiatives that deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges.

Ms. Fregoso brings 30-years of experience in the Human Resource field and is highly credentialed with a MBA, MS in Human Resources and SPHR and SHRM-SCP Certifications. Prior to joining Quality in 2019, Ms. Fregoso served as Regional Human Resource Manager at American Medical Response, Land O’ Lakes, and worked up the chain-of-command to Human Resource Business Partner at Coca-Cola.
