Ontario, Calif. – Affordable housing expert, Marjorie Anderson, joined Quality Management Group’s leadership team as Director of Compliance and Asset Management. Anderson brings over 17 years of Tax Credit, Project Based Section 8, Rural Development experience to help with the growing and diverse needs of the company’s third-party managed portfolio.
Over the course of her career, Anderson has held leadership positions at Security Properties Residential, The John Stewart Company, and Centerline Capital Group. She has successfully completed leasing up several Tax Credit/MHSA properties, has extensive experience in REAC inspections and HUD MOR inspections.

Anderson studied business and finance at the University of Minnesota, and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and Tax Credit Specialist.
